Terms and Conditions
- All children must be kind and courteous to all members of staff and other children attending the Summer Camps.
- Students will be split into age groups, and activities will follow a timetable.
- Students must not go outside when it is not their group’s turn for outdoor activities.
- Students must bring a packed lunch and a refillable water bottle.
- Please wear comfortable clothing appropriate for the weather. We recommend keeping a waterproof jacket in your bag.
- Please apply sun cream before arrival and bring a named bottle of sun cream in a named bag.
- iPads, iPhones, and other electronic devices are brought at the owner's risk. Kids Club does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage. We encourage students not to bring these items, along with any other valuables.
- All students must be signed in and out at each camp day.
- Early drop-off is available from 8:30 AM at a charge of £5 per child. Late pick-up is until 3:30 PM at a charge of £5 per child. You can arrange early drop-off and late pick-up on the day when dropping off your child.
- Students dropped off before 9:00 AM will be charged the early drop-off fee of £5 per child. Children not collected by 3:05 PM will be charged the late pick-up fee of £5 per child.
- Booked places are still chargeable if your child does not attend, as we retain your child’s place in the camp.
- All students must adhere to our house rules. Anyone repeatedly breaking the rules may be asked to leave Kids Club Worsley early. These rules are in place to ensure a safe and fun environment.
- All students must be collected by a responsible adult.
